Apartman je čist i uredan, ima dovoljno ručnika u kupaonici, privatan parking je odmah pored smještaja iako je ulazak sa većim vozilom prava egzibicija. Komunikacija sa domaćinom u redu.

U apartmanu nema ormara ni vješalice, osim komodice sa ladicama, zidovi u kupatilu u izuzetno lošem stanju, nismo imali spužvicu za suđe i nema televizora što su apsolutno minimalni tehhnički uvijeti u današnje vrijeme, pogotovo za noćenje od 130€. U redu za prenoćiti; i samo to.
