Joey (Host) was very helpful in guiding places to eat and go to. The room was clean and spacious.

AC made a rattling sound when starting up and would quiet down after 20-30 mins.

Great location! Walking distance to a lot of the sites and restaurants. Shared bathroom seemed clean and well-maintained. Pretty quiet property, which we appreciated.

-Joey was an excellent, helpful and funny host, I just say: don't worry ;-) -well equipped kitchen -nice bathroom -good location, 10min. to Chulia Street -comfy beds

-bad WiFi -loud at night, street and bar nearby -wooden floor in our room "Asia" was crooked -pricey

It was so homey, everything was clean nice & location was great! I recommend this place because it's literally so close to popular spots if ure coming to Georgetown. Truly the value for money. Was a solo trip and i felt safe here!

The overall space was clean. The area was quiet and a short walk to Komtar and there were plenty of places to eat nearby. Most of the 'other' sites are 10 to 15 minutes walk.

Noise carries into your room easily, from voices to the footsteps to closing doors. Communication from the hosts could be better; there was no one to check me in - I was fortunate that another guest was entering and helped me contact the hosts. Check out was not efficient either, even after I let the hosts know what time I was checking out. They do not staff it 24 hours, which I can understand, but it requires better communication from the host. Internet/WiFi access requires a Facebook account to logon (not everyone has one). The hosts did not respond to my request for alternative access.

It’s big and spacious. Well ventilated and brightly lit. love the dining table and benches which makes place feel very homely. Location is super convenient but at same time it’s quiet.

Insufficient shelves/racks within toilet for hanging of clothes/towels. Would be good to have proper bedside tables and bigger mirrors in bedrooms for dressing up.
