I was travelling with someone who knows Langkawi but if not for her I would have appreciated someone asking if I knew my way around, telling me what to see and where to go. The person who gave us our keys didn't do any of that and we never saw him or anyone else again. If you're going to offer acc'd then maybe spend ten minutes with your guests and after a day maybe ask them if everything is okay.

Fabulous location, close to all the sights and communication with host was great. Allowed us to check in early. Good space and filtered water.

Love the central location. Basic home but had everything we need including washing machine, kettle, fridge etc Aircon was strong enough to cool the home

Steep-ish stairs to second floor with 2 rooms upstairs (one room in ground floor). There was 2 shower and WC but it’s all in one so WC will be wet after shower. Lack of covered car park but understandable because it’s so central. There are metered road parks and also a paid car park option 600m away.

Super zentrale Lage zum Erkunden von Georgetown, zwei Badezimmer/ Duschen, drei Schlafzimmer und Kommunikation/Check-in sehr unkompliziert.

Das untere Zimmer roch anfangs etwas modrig (keine Fenster), deshalb schliefen wir lieber in den oberen zwei (Achtung: steile Treppe, falls Koffer hochtragen ein Problem sein sollte). Kein Parkplatz vor dem Haus (aber diverse kostenpflichtige Stadtparkings).

Great location. 3 decent sized bedrooms; one downstairs and 2 up fairly steep stairs so not for elderly or those who struggle with stairs.. Excellent aircon & fans in all bedrooms. Clean bathrooms: two actually, and 2 handbasins too. Fridge, washing machine, drying racks for towels and washing too. A gas stove and kitchen ware plus a kettle and was VERY happy to find a water filter too Reasonably quiet; surprisingly so. Will be back on our next long visit to George Town

New pillows are very high and firm. I just used a cushion from upstairs bench and wrapped in a towel for a smaller softer pillow

We didn’t meet the owner in person, but the communication via WhatsApp was excellent! Great tips and wonderful care for us as guests. The location is superb—an amazing urban vibe in a stylishly decorated home. The entrance is through a coffee café where you can also order delicious small dishes.

The location is superb and can’t be better. It is near all old town tourist spots with only a few minutes walk. There are so many delicious restaurants just in front of the door. The host is so nice and always helpful for any questions and requests. The room has everything we need with comfortable beds both downstairs and upstairs. We highly recommend it to anyone who is visiting old Georgetown.

The host, Peng Song, keeps in contact to share all the information, from sightseeing to great local foods and parking tips. We appreciate all the great information, as it helps us enjoy our stay with no hassle. The location is superb! For sure will stay in Stay Song Song if I ever return to Penang. Highly recommended!

- The central location was perfect for exploring the vibrant heart of Georgetown, with easy access to cafes and historical sites, and surprisingly, it wasn't noisy at all. - The apartment was impressively spacious, providing ample room to relax and unwind. - We appreciated the fully equipped kitchen, especially the drinking water purifier, which added convenience. - The beds were very comfortable, ensuring restful nights. - Having two toilets/showers was a great feature for added comfort. - The washing machine, complete with soda, was a thoughtful touch that made our stay more convenient. - The host was always available via WhatsApp, offering friendly and helpful advice, making us feel truly welcome.

- A comfy lounging area with a sofa downstairs would have been nice. The sofa upstairs didn’t really fit a purpose.
