Beau-sejour

Well looked after by Bernadette who speaks excellent English. Room was always clean and tidy with fresh towels every day and the breakfasts were excellent with a selection of bread, eggs, ham, cheese, yogurt, fruit and pastries! Location is very quiet but within easy reach of the circuit at Spa-Francorchamps and Malmedy for restaurants in the evening. Thank you for a very pleasurable stay.

Finally got home at 12:00 midnight. A wonderful vacation ended in anger. This was the worst accommodation experience I have ever had in my entire life in Europe. First. expensive. All facilities are seriously inconsistent with the price. Secondly, the indoor smell is unpleasant. There are similar wildlife specimens. The third shower room is as big as the bathroom single-door refrigerator. There is a very narrow and high step under the bathroom door. But they put towels on the floor. You won't even notice. I slipped on the ground. The bottom of the foot is stuck. Now when I got home I found bruises. When I reminded my family to be safe, she fell from the bed to the floor. The bed was made. I went downstairs to find the hotel owner. They told us that this was not a problem. Not a word of apology. This is hard to accept for these two women to have such a safety hazard. Within a minute the hostess angrily threw our clothes on the ground outside the room door. Let's get out of here right now. I paid 138 euros on booking.com. I'm very skeptical. How can such a store be allowed to operate on Booking.com. There is no reason for the hotel hostess to continue to cheat, whether in terms of hotel hardware configuration or operating services. Customer. Don’t want anyone to be deceived again. It’s terrible 😱😱😱

Hosts were very friendly. We checked in super early and the hosts were extremely helpful. Secure parking for motorbikes. Near the circuit. Great advice from the excellent hosts on places to visit.

Beau Sejour is a very nice, individual, family run hotel. The owner is very welcoming and friendly and serves a good breakfast. She was flexible on times for this and is always up early so you can breakfast at 6.30 if you have an early start. There is no restaurant for evening meals but the Beau-Site hotel a hundred metres away can provide this - I ate there one evening and had a good meal. Beau-Sejour has plenty of off-street parking and is only 5.5 to 6.5Km from the Spa Francorchamps circuit, depending on which route you take, so is a good location for race-goers.

The comfort of the bed and pillows wasn't great.

Incredibly friendly host. Communicating in German was no problem. Very close to spa francorchamps.
