Varni Homestay

It is rather a resort than a Homestay. Though, the staff was very nice and helpful. They even prepared some vegetarian food after we requested it for breakfast (as there are nearly no veg options). The room was clean and the whole place is well organized. We didn’t use the pool but it seems to be clean as well.

It is a little pricy (also the boat thrips to Thale Noi they organize) but therefore you have everything you wish from a resort. However, you definitely need a car if you want to get around. And the shower was not as hot and the water pressure not as high as I would have wished.

Everything, the staff were fantastic. The location was tucked out the way but we had a car and it was super close to Thale Noi.

We liked it all.

all except bathroom and breakfast

bathub not fully function. waterleak. breakfast is very slow refillable. the slow is to explain in word very slow. Breakfast should be fast and easy as ppl ready to check out for next activity. the fried rice, noodle, fresh oren, milk,sausage is not refill even after 15 minute. we batery manage to eat cereal and congee. the rest still not ready tho i came at 9
