It's a nice house, the room was super clean, with a flat TV, shower and WC. The kitchen was fully equipped. 20 bucks to Levante beach in Benidorm. The owner helpful and sympathetic. The city was nice and clean, lots of bars outside. Grocery store 100 meters from the house.

The only disadvantage is that the taxi ride to Benidorm takes about 30 minutes because the road is narrow and mostly the speed limit is 20 or 30 km/h, with a bumper on every 50 meters of the road which made the travel somewhat uncomfortable.
