Cheerful residence

Grandezza della camera in soffitta. Vicinanza a piedi (con una passeggiata piacevole di 10 minuti si arriva in centro e alle cascate). Cucina fornita e pulita, ottimi spazi comuni. Prezzo ottimo.

Good location, comfy beds

No communication with the host/ no flexibility from the host in terms of late check out or using the facilities past check out. We ran the marathon and had to fly home with no shower because we weren’t allowed to take a shower there. Kitchen is closed 11-7am, also not ideal if you need it before that.

The owner was very friendly and responsive. The home was very clean and fairly spacious. One bedroom has a queen and a double bed. One room has a queen and a twin bed. Bedrooms are on the second floor. There is a full bath near bedrooms and a toilet and sink on the main floor. There is a kitchen with a table and a separate dining room, so there is plenty of eating space. The homes location is an easy drive to the Niagara Falls attractions, about 5 minutes away and 10 minutes from Rainbow Bridge, Canadian and American border.

The stairs leading to the second floor , where the beds are located, are quite steep and creeky. The beds move easily on the hard floors, so be careful that you don't push it out from under you, like what happened to my husband.

Petite maison cosy. Quartier agréable non loin à pied du centre ville.

Pas de contact avec les hôtes. Boite à clefs.

Location was ad walking distance from the falls, the kitchen facilities. Parking in the street.

The lock for our room was with a small key (camlock) and it felt unsafe to leave belongs there. We took our gear with us when we went out. The room was not that spacious as expected but worked well. The unequal stairs (to the luxe room) is quit a challenge!
