The location was good, Off road parking,

Noisy guests in garden so couldn’t keep windows open in the heat, host wasn’t often there so if we ran out of anything (sugar, toilet rolls) we couldn’t get any more until he was there. Big glass wardrobe door had a bad crack which was just taped up, not great with a child in the room, mini fridge was only just coping with 1 pint of milk.

Good location, economy accommodation with breakfast, very suitable for students & those passing through. Amenable & helpful host.

Not fond of a shared bathroom, but needs must….& kept very clean.

Sharing a bathroom with several other guests who had no respect that other people might like to use it. Bit awkward being in someone else's home. Beds were ok. Kettle, tea and coffee provided, and water. Was OK for an overnight stay. Didn't stay for breakfast due to myself being coeliac.

Super friendly, we arrived early and host was happy to accommodate. Facilities were great. Lovely stay, lovely guy

Breakfast superb, plenty of choice. Bed very comfortable. Excellent situation, near the beach, near shops, restaurants and access to major roads. Lovely local walk through woods, great if travelling with a dog.

Friendly and interesting host. Clever touches in the room. Breakfast.

One night booking at Educatefirst which I would describe as a home from home. Our room was on the ground floor, there was a set of bunk beds and a single bed also in the room. The beds were comfortable and there was a kettle with tea and coffee provided as well as a very small portable fridge for cans etc. The room is clean with plenty of sockets This business uses door codes to move from room to room. The host David is knowledgeable friendly and helpful. We had a delicious cooked breakfast this morning with plenty of hot and cold drinks cereal and croissants. The price is very reasonable and you can also sit out in the garden. We were able to park on the drive. Would definitely stay again its in a very nice location with plenty to do. The area is quiet.

The room was near the kitchen and toilet is near the front door which means taking door code when you leave the room if you need to use facilities during the night. It is not a problem though.
