Very clean all you need for your stay

Shared bathroom 1 for 7 guests had to wait forever to get in there Continental breakfast was disappointing no fruit only bananas no yoghurt croissants just in a bowl not covered butter dish half empty where other guests had been at it should be individually packed butter Too many family photos scattered everywhere almost felt you was intruding

I liked the opportunity to talk to the host and other guests in the garden. It felt really friendly and home-like. The bathroom had everything in there, just liked you would expect in a hotel including the hairdryer, shampoo etc..

There was a place to park my car on the front of the house. My room was upstairs the overall impression was a well organised, clean and tidy house. The Owner was very helpful with helping me sort out the Wifi on my mobile. My room was a very smart and clean, well equipped single room, the bathroom was just across the hall. I had everything that I needed in my room, including a TV, microwave, plates, mini fridge, Tea/coffee making facilities with complimentary biscuits and good storage, the bed was very comfortable and there was a bedside cabinet with a power supply right beside the bed for my CPAP machine and a lamp, I could not rate the breakfast as I had to leave early. I really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend this place especially to students as they have dorm rooms with bunk beds for multiple occupancy or families. The property is in a good area and very convenient for visiting the New Forest and surrounding areas.

Too be honest I could not find fault at all.

Location, host, breakfast. Relaxed atmosphere, with dog, let us share garden,near walks, park, close to restaurants, shops etc

Minor points only- bedroom a bit small, toilet / shower not close, but this was as advertised.

Location and price

The whole stay was great, it was a short-notice booking but David could not have been more pleasant and friendly on check-in and throughout my stay. The accommodation was clean and tidy and the breakfast was really good too so I was very happy with everything.

Clean, comfy and all I needed. Also quiet.

Don't really like sharing a bathroom, but actually it wasn't a problem.

The location was very good for the places that I had to visit. The accommodation was also good value and the host very helpful.

Everything was good.
