I needed a simple place to stay and that was fine.

I was bombarded with messages even in the middle of the night and that was disconcerting. There was no need for it.

very friendly and accommodating host. very clean place with good vibes. sharing the common space adds some good atmosphere. Good location very close to metro and Jean talon Market.

The absolute best value for money in Montreal. The flat is super clean and well located. I felt at home right from the beginning. Communication with the host Fernando was always fast and friendly. Check-in procedure was very smooth. Comfortable beds and pillows. Fantastic option!

internet connection necessary to open the door (you need to instal an app to open the door - what if you don't have internet connection?..) too many rules (e.g. no drinks containing sugar in the room, you have to take out your trash, you are not allowed to eat in the room, etc.) only one shared bathroom, the host uses the same bathroom dirty staircase and balcony doors

Montreal is a nice place to go.
