Camas muito desconfortável,parecia que estava dormindo no chao de tão dura aff Travesseiros desconfortável Os lençóis péssimos finos e descosturado Realmente e preciso melhorar,não gostei porque como responsável a reserva e pelos hóspedes tivemos que um por um levar documentos para que fosse tirado foto via celular não vejo está necessidade pós somos clientes booking a muito tempo. Para tanta exigência precisa melhorar principalmente conforto.
