Pick up and drop off from the bus stop, helped with booking buses and trips. Very informative about local area and activities, cheap bike rental. Good free breakfast and coffee

My stay here was absolutely awesome. All the travelers that were there were like a small family to me. Even the owner picked me up from the bus for free and took every guest to their buses for free as well. Dinner was delicious, they can make vegan food with tofu and rice. Also, it has some hammocks next to the river and the views are great. I would have stayed for a week if I could!

The dorms are comfortable and the bathroom is clean... the hangout area in front of hostel on the banks of river is soo good with hammocks and seings... The host is very caring person... Who helps you to decide for your day's plan with printed maps, reminds you to carry essential things etc.. the food was so yum!!

I was expecting to join in The family dinner which will have host and his family but no, it was only me and 2 other girls ... Also, I felt the quantity of food was little insufficient for me being slow eater and other 2 girls almost finished everything very fast.. my bad luck!! Also, the breaks of the scooter I rented failed on a steep slope! It was scariest thing happened to me in entire trip..

The staff were so helpful and friendly and the food was incredible. They even dropped us off at the bus station.

The owners were really nice, if I come back in Phong Nha I will come back thanks for everything !

The guesthouse is amazing, facing the river. We came for 1 night but we spent a whole week here, the room is spacious, clean and comfortable, the owner is very nice, he speaks English very well and he is very helpful, the first day he picked us up for free from the bus station at 4am. You can use the bicycle for free as well. I highly recommend this place.
