The feeling of homey cosiness but at the same time professionality like in the good hotel, with great ambiance, delicious tea, coffee and jazz in the lobby background. Bathroom was modern, everything was well equipped and clean. But the most important thing the owners and staff are so welcoming and helpful that you want to go back! Really good price to quality ratio.

The premises was clean and comfortable, and fairly centrally located. It was in a neighborhood where there are several options to either have breakfast, brunch or dinners (Wang Tea House is a great hotpot restaurant!).

It threw me a little that there was no staff. Everything was self-regulated. Including the code at the front-door, the key to the room etc.. What was very handy was that outside of the front door, there was a wifi-name and password, ready for use, so it was easy to get into the Booking app and find the pincode for the front door and the instructions for getting the key for the room. However, no staff is weird for me, as a European. After traveling through Taiwan twice if the past few years, I understand that it is quite normal in Taiwan.
