是一間很棒的旅宿。 服務態度很好，入住時說明的很親切很仔細。 設備也很優，該有的都有，有電梯，住5樓也不怕要累爬樓梯。 環境非常乾淨清潔，連陽台都不怕赤腳走出去。 浴室水壓水溫也都沒什麼問題。 整體來說，是一間CP非常高的旅宿。

我住5樓其中之一的房型，冷氣對著床吹到我有點頭痛，最後索性把冷氣關了，因為天氣涼涼的，關掉是無所謂，但若是夏天，可能會很尷尬。 床有點太軟，睡得有點不習慣，但這比較是個人的問題。 若要停放樓下停車位，要多收150元。若是100元就感覺還ok，為了方便多收也算合理，但畢竟也是住客，150好像就有點...

對寵物非常友善，寵物的相關用品也準備的很齊全，連狗狗都可以一覺到天亮

Great place to stay in Hualien! This hotel is in a wonderful neighborhood with lots of character and is easy to explore on foot. It’s close to great restaurants and local markets. The property itself was spotless, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Thoughtful décor throughout made the stay even nicer. I also appreciated the free bikes and the covered scooter parking — perfect if you decide to rent one. The staff were responsive, friendly, and helpful. Overall, a fantastic experience and highly recommended.

The room felt humid at times if we didn't have the AC at a low temp
