The host was wonderful, comfortable and clean place. Our kid loved playing with the 2 cats and lovely dog.

Located in Cernat, 10km away of Targu Secuiesc, this guesthouse is a perfect place to spend some quiet moments and enjoy the fresh air, and all the surroundings offer. The host is incredible amazing regarding hospitality, you can inquire previous your visit about what you would like to have and you will get all the information needed. Just across the street is Etnografic museum, a must visit. Ika fortress is also close and you can enjoy a short hiking. Breakfast is available on request and extracharge. Outside there is a very cosy patio. In Cernat you will find a very good place to eat, around 850 m. Also delivery. Definetelly I recommend this questhouse.

Have in mind that the location of the rooms are at the top of the stairs.

Initially, I chose the location because it was far from any busy places (Covid precaution!) and because of the high mark on Booking. Lucky decision: great and warm hosts, great food, great location and great choices to spend the day only a few tens of kilometers away in any direction! If you like countryside authentic scenery, nice people telling you local stories over great dinners or a glass of whatever, if you want to see a hedgehog eating from the same ball with a cat in the evening, do not hesitate to choose this location! As a bonus, the house is located across the alley from a very interesting local private ethnographic museum where you can admire fully reconstructed and furnished old village houses, a large collection of vintage farming equipment, a collection of tens of old radio sets and pickups, a very interesting collection of antique iron stoves, beehives, and a splendid manor estate.
