"Very Good"

Grounds were amazing. Plenty of seating, nice breeze, cute decorations. Nice view of the oceanfront the second floor.

Water pressure could be improved, water was not very warm for the shower. Room didn't have AC. Mold starting in room, needs touch up paint in many areas. No screen to keep bugs out.
