Mulia Homestay

Great space, rooms comfy with air conditioning, cooking facilities, coffee maker, lovely balcony and a roof terrace. We stayed for night on our way to Pulau Weh and on way back too!

Very welcoming people, kitchen is well equipped for breakfast. Room was clean, with good air conditioning. Roof top is very nice.

Not really a complain, but I arrive late and so the host didn’t have much time to talk, I would have like to ask a few recommendations before she left. The water was not drinkable, so if water could be purchase at the Homestay, that would be even better. The sound of the prayer is extremity loud because we are very close to the source, a short notice would have been appreciated.

Unser leider sehr kurzer Aufenthalt im Mulia Homestay war super! Der Vermieter war über Whatsapp jederzeit erreichbar und hat unsere Fragen rasch beantwortet. Vor Ort hat sich Dedi gut gekümmert. Wir konnten über die Unterkunft einen Motorroller ausleihen und es gab die Möglichkeit in der Küche Kaffee zu trinken und Toast zu essen. Außerdem gibt es dort ein Blatt mit hilfreichen Infos und Telefonnummern von Tuk Tuk- und Taxi-Fahrern (Jon können wir sehr empfehlen - bester Mann!). Wir wären gerne länger geblieben.

Die Küche könnte vielleicht etwas besser in Stand gehalten werden. Die Kaffeemaschine zum Beispiel war etwas verdreckt, im Wassertank der Kafeemaschine schwamm irgendetwas und überal krabbelten Ameisen auch um Inneren der Maschine. Aber prinzipiell ist die Idee echt toll!

Location is good, a little far from the ferry terminal but easy to get to. Lots of places to eat in the area as well as supermarkets. Mosque within walking distance. Great, friendly staff. Nice big lounge area, balconies, great kitchen. Hot water available, microwave, stove top & fridge. Bread, jam & eggs supplied for breakfast. Comfortable bed, quite social. Great air-conditioning too.

Cold showers but this is normal!
