Hard to find No parking space After 40 minutes notice room still was not ready Ignoring messages Should stay at outdoor exhausted and tired with my kid After this attitude wanted cancel Refused took all money but we did not want stay Very rude attitude

Breakfast was not offered at this property but you could have full use of the kitchen area and the fridges etc.

Tea/Coffee facilities in the room would have been better but it was free if you went into the main kitchen area.

No breakfast was offered. The room and the rest of the property was cleaned to a good standard… The room was spacious and nicely set out…

Main door left unlocked. No locks on door to the room. Shared bathroom facilities when it was clearly stated that the room had its own facility. No tea/coffee making facility… No staff on site during the stay. I did miss the first night through my own issues but I did not stay the second night due to the shared bathroom that had been used by someone else who had left shower water over the floor… which I find unacceptable. I was told my room was the one on the right st top of stairs but there were two rooms on the right and I opened the unlockable door to the wrong room where another customer was sitting on his bed…very embarrassing
