No proper response

Sink in bathroom was not connected. No breakfast ( in the original booking it was with breakfast , when final confirmation came with no breakfast .!!!!) very disappointing . The staff could not converse in English , so communication was poor . It was not marked well on the map . The phone was connected to owner who was out of town. No Wi-Fi . Very disappointing

We look liked the photos on Booking.com, not the actual resort.

We checked - in on 30th December in Room 205, premium cottage which costs 15k a night during New Years time and it has been a disaster!! The rooms look very old, poorly constructed and down right dirty. There are stains on the wall, tv screen, AC and all the fittings in the bathroom are rusty. When we checked in, the entire approach to our room was covered in dirt. The bedsheets feel old and worn-out. The furniture is chipped and looks unsteady. The mugs were dirty and stained. Dead mosquitoes in the refreshment tray. There was so much dirt under the bed and other furniture pieces that it clearly looked like it hasnt been properly cleaned for days. The manager in charger - Sachin offered another room on the ground floor with no privacy and it looked in the same stained and dirty state. When I asked the manager why i am being offered such stained and rusty rooms instead of the clean ones, his response was that it was the customers who make it dirty. I asked him to look at it from the customers view and he said 'please adjust kar lo' because thats all he had to offer. The resort is a rip off at 15k/night. We have spent approx 45k on this accommodation and we dont have any money left for alternative accommodation in this peak season. The staff also seems least bothered or just helpless in providing any kind of solution. The premium rooms are also very small for the price. It was a mistake to book this place, i feel completely ripped off of my money and time. Such a disappointment. Photos enclosed to back my claims.
