Monyhull Homestay - near City centre Kingsheath NIA NEC BHX

Location-wise, the nearest bus stop was just outside the house, with quick links into central Birmingham, yet the neighbourhood itself is leafy and quiet – perfect if you want city access without city noise. Outside, the tiered back garden is a sun-trap until late afternoon; I had my coffee out there each morning. I enjoyed my stay at the property and am looking forward to booking again on my next trip

I had a brilliant stay in Birmingham thanks to the property i stayed in. The location was spot-on—quiet enough for a great night’s sleep, yet a quick bus ride to the city centre, Bullring, and main stations. Check-in was effortless: the host sent clear directions and met me with a warm welcome. . The host struck the perfect balance: friendly and responsive, yet respectful of privacy. Little touches—offering to store my suitcase after check-out and suggesting the quickest route to the airport—really elevated the experience. I’d book again in a heartbeat and can’t recommend it highly enough for anyone visiting Birmingham.

Absolutely nothing..!

It was clean

There was no room in the fridges or cupboards for any of our own groceries as the fridges were jam packed with other people’s food. It was like a full weekly shop had been crammed into it.

Bed was extremely bad discomfort and no parking area at all

I just mentioned the ned was horrible like road side

Clean everything kitchen, toilet , Bedroom etc

A strange smell everywhere despite being very clean esp pillows and duvet , sofa carpet somehow emit a very peculiar smell.

Dirty place Not clean and they washed clothes and put it everywhere in the living room , the kitchen was not clean and the bathroom outside the room there is no privacy And the property didn’t agree to refund our money The apartment not good
