Nuwara eliya mountain view homestay

Lovely host who was really helpful during our stay. They very kindly stored our bag for a few days while we hiked the Pekoe Trail. Breakfast was good and most places are walkable from the guesthouse. Comfortable bed.

Our room was very damp - our clothes and bags were constantly wet from the damp and towels stayed very wet between showers. There was black mold on the walls and on the pillows. We had to wash all of our clothes after our stay as they were damp and smelt musty. I can't see dampness mentioned in many other reviews though so maybe this was just our particular room or the time of year.

We had a lovely stay here! The weather was really cold, but the house was so comfy and warm & it truly felt like a cozy home away from home. It’s in walking distance to Victoria Park and other attractions in Nuwara Eliya, which made exploring the town super easy. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful, even giving us a ride to our next stop. Highly recommend this place for a peaceful and homely stay.
