Our room was very clean, the terrace with it's marvellous view was the perfect place to enjoy the landscape having breakfast (that was very good), the owner was so pleasing and kind and give us advice for visiting Darjeeling.

I loved the way the owner helped us navigate the area and was supportive.

The expectation setting on room cleaning frequency and other aspects could be better. Since it was my first time staying at a homestay

Great location. Secluded at a higher place than the mall so a bit nestled the natural beauty of the hills yet at walkable distance from the mall. Rooms are excellent,clean including bathrooms. We booked the 2 double bed rooms on the first floor which gave us access to the dining and living hall with two great balconies. Our hostess and owner Sabita Mam is really a lovely person. She also used to arrange food for our toddler which he loved very much. The terrace is fantastic with a great view of the mountains when the skies are clear.

The approach road from the lower area of the mall is extremely steep. Good luck to your knees climbing up. It is also very narrow so gets congested with traffic during peak hours. However there is a longer route to the central mall area which is 700 m stroll but more comfortable. It is new so felt a bit understaffed especially if you arrive in large group with various requests and lots of luggage. Im sure it will get better eventualy.

The place was really clean and the host was really kind and helpful

The property is well maintained and takes care of your comfort. The USP of the property is the host ( Miss Sabita) who will attend to all your needs and the property is well located.

Ground floor room is ok only .

Wonderful stay at this highly recommended homestay. The hostess is a lovely, warm, polite and well educated lady who will make you feel at home. The room and private shower were super clean, and the view from the terrace was breathtaking. The bed was very comfortable supplied with a thick blanket, and It is centrally located five minutes walk from Clock Tower and The Mall (but do consider that it is uphill).
