The location is excellent — right in the centre, so everything was easily accessible. The room was a good size, very clean, and comfortable, which made for a pleasant stay. The price was reasonable compared with the market, and the online booking process was simple and convenient.

After booking I received an automated message saying I would get a link for online check‑in, but nothing arrived for about an hour. My first call went unanswered; after calling again they sent the link, but I still had to wait another 30 minutes and call once more before receiving the entry codes. Also, till 10 PM the street outside can be quite noisy due to heavy pedestrian traffic.

The location was central and easy to find. We were grateful to find something last-minute due to discovering the rugby match we'd travelled from England to see was in San Sebastian rather than Biarritz.

Disappointingly, the room was old-fashioned, overpriced and poorly equipped. E.g., a shared bathroom/tea & coffee facilities (without even sachets of UHT milk), and only one bedside table light in a sparsely decorated bedroom not at all like the photo.
