Beautiful property, so relaxing. Room and bathroom exceptionally clean. Romeo went above and beyond to make sure we had the perfect stay. Arranged our transportation to the next destination. 100% would recommend

Best things of this guesthouse are the nice sitout and roof terrace, but most of all is the perfect position, away from the horribly spoiled main roads of Khajurāho and instead at one side of the quiet and genuine village of Khajurāho. When you go to the temples, take a walk through the nice and coloured streets of the village, where locals will greet you with a smile instead of assaulting you trying to sell you something or imploring to visit their shops (where, by the way, be sure to pay not more than 40% of the starting price!).

There’s a couple of drawbacks, first of all the hardness of the beds: in my room, it was just like sleeping on a wooden table. You need to ask for a second bed linen, because there is only one. The other thing that I personally regretted, is the lack of natural light in the rooms, since they overlook the courtyard, so you always need to keep the lamp on, but this is definitely a minor problem, compared to the bed.

Stayed there for 6 nights. Rooms were pretty clean in a nice locality and at walkable distance from the western group of temples. Overall very good experience at a reasonable cost.

The Highvill Home stay has been a surprise. From the pick up at the Airport to the end of my stay everything has been perfect. The staff and Manish in particular make the difference,they are ready to satisfy every request or need and fix It. The food is delicious,the perfume of incense everywhere,the tea,the atmosphere. I sincerely recommend it, thanks Manish for the welcome,help and advices.

The hosts were absolutely marvellous, helping us with sightseeing and getting to and from the railway station.

Wifi was a bit patchy and the room was very basic, with no heating and only very limited hot water...it would be much better in the summer.

Nothing it was terrific

A peaceful place in a quiet side street with a friendly neighbourhood in walking distance to the most of the sights. The green courtyard with its colourful flowers and small pond is a perfect place to relax. Just topped by the beautiful rooftop, where you can also have yoga lessons in the morning. The room was super clean and had a large bathroom. Such a cleanliness I never have experienced before in India. Mukesh and Manish are exceptionally welcoming, friendly and helpful. They do their very best to make your stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible. All food is tasty and prepared freshly. Best place to stay in Khajuraho!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at Highvill Homestay. The rooms are very clean, there is a nice rooftop where you can chill and you can enjoy breakfast/lunch/diner based on pre-order. In addition to that, Mukesh and Manish are more than willing to assist you with everything you need - such as laundry, safaris to Panna Tiger Reserve, or just with exploring the surroundings on scooter. I can highly recommend this place!
