The facility was quite new, clean, and cozy. The overall experience was also nice, as the host was friendly, patient, and hospitable. There was also sufficient space for parking, making it convenient for travellers that drive.

Not really disliking something, but the location was indeed a bit too remote. This means that foreign travellers, or even local ones may find it a little difficult to reach the property, to get to the downtown area, and to hang around in the neighborhood. Still, the dwelling is overall worthy of recommending, as the property IS neat, quiet, and comfy.
