地點離碼頭非常靠近，下船後走三分鐘左右就到了

外觀老舊，沒有電梯。 房間裝潢老舊，木製的床頭櫃和梳妝臺都很臟，只有厠所看得出有重新裝修，電視是全新的還算不錯。 我check in的時候是下午四點，放行李後就出去了，晚上回來準備休息時發現被子有些異味，因此詢問在櫃檯的酒店老闆能不能更換。櫃檯給我的回應是只能在隔一天的9-12點間進行反映與更換，這我能體諒房務人員的工作時間的不同，但我因為那個時間安排了其他活動，沒辦法回到酒店而進行時間上的協商，看是否有其他的解決方法，老闆給我的回復是：“配合不到時間是你的問題，不是我們的問題“，也不打算進行後續的處理。這樣的服務態度讓我對小琉球的旅游業感到非常失望，也影響了我的旅游計劃與休息時間。
