Spotlessly clean with comfortable bed and warm welcoming owners. The key card entry is a nice touch. It's a little way out of the main tourist areas but Grab is readily available so not really an issue. Highly recommended.

C'est le plus agréable Homestay et l'hébergement qui m'a offert le plus de prestations depuis que je voyage en Asie (3 années) pour un prix imbattable. Tout est soigné et pensé pour le confort des hôtes avec des managers adorables, disponibles, anticipant les besoins, proposant aide et conseils. Donc Merci Jo et Alex; de vrais hôtes. Propreté irréprochable. Pièces communes agréables avec un grand salon salle à manger convivial, une cuisine parfaitement équipée, 2 terrasses agréables. Chambre 2 1er étage : lumineuse sans soleil direct, air conditionné et ventilateur, salle de douche WC spacieuse comme la chambre. Grand lit ferme. Système de cartes pour accéder au logement : très pratique. Localisation : arrêt de bus à 100m pour un accès au centre de Georgetown 2RM, à l'aéroport 4Rm par exemple. Très pratique. Marché et "food court" à 100m aussi. Familymart 200m. Tranquillité idéale pour cet hébergement avec toutes commodités proches. Plage agréable : devant et à 200m du homestay. Jo et Alex m'ont fourni un scooter 35RM /jour. Lave-linge au Homestay. Un vrai "Homestay" pour un "séjour comme à la maison". Je recommande vivement et reviendrai.

Bett war gut, Schreibtisch im Zimmer war groß genug zum Arbeiten, Schallschutz war gut, am besten haben mir die Gäste gefallen in meinem Fall hauptsächlich Langzeit Reisende. Küche ist grundsätzlich in Ordnung. Während meinem Aufenthalt waren die Gemeinschatfsbäder immer sehr sauber.

Es gibt ein, zwei Ecken die ein wenig sauberer sein könnten, das Gesamtbild wird dadurch aber kaum getrübt. Die Gemeinschaftsbadezimmer sind etwas altmodisch im Vergleich zu den restlichen Zimmern und das Waschbecken im unteren ist zu klein.

A great place where you can chat with the friendly and helpful hosts and fellow travelers at the dinner table. Location near the beach, shops and restaurants at walking distance.

I like the managers. They were patient with me. And helpful. I liked the room, the shared areas, and the fully functional amenities. I appreciated the quiet and private space of the guesthouse. The terrace was a nice icing on the cake.

The shared bathroom is cramped and can have wet floors for long stretches. Local neighborhood is not great but food court 5 minutes away is awesome and the great Penang National Park is not far away.

Good location. Clean. Nice decorations feeling home. Nice planting garden. Full facility including oven, microwave, huge fridge and washing machine.

It was spacious room with balcony and partial sea view with private bath. I was very comfortable and enjoyed my time there. The Hosts were very friendly and informative and really made the stay even better.

While nothing could be done about the fact that loud Trash turcks came twice, early morning during my four day stay. The location may be a concern for some if you don't like walkng, or taking the bus, or renting a scooter from the hosts.
