SGLocation is ideal. Team members from Play Management were fantastic, very efficient and responsive. When I brought up the issues with regard to the apartment, they were very quick to take action.
Conditions of the apartment were unacceptable. On our 2nd night of our stay, 2 out of the 3 bathrooms were faulty. One was flooded after every shower, the other room's wc was chocked. How disgusting. How can such conditions of the apartment be listed for home stay ? Our stay was for 9 nights and we requested for change of bath towels and were informed that we would be charged at Rm10 per towel. We purchased our own towels which costed under Rm3. While we understand that there will be a charge for towels changed or washed, but Rm10 for each towels is ridiculous. When we reported about the faulty toilets, team members from Play Management were quick to move us out to another apartment in another location. Whilst we appreciate this gesture, it indeed caused us great inconvenience and time. Our holiday plan for that particular day was ruined as we had to pack and move out, then unpack again to another apartment. By the time we settled down in the other apartment, it was almost half a day.
