Very nice location with a big backyard that has a grill place, makeshift swimming pool, place to eat, swing, and an enclosed kitchen area as well as a smaller common kitchen are at the ground level. The room was tidy, equipped with AC and personal bathroom.

Not really a negative but parking a long car could be a challenge if you want to enter the private parking spot. Other option is to leave it near by on an alley. Smaller or shorter cars should have no issues accessing the parking.
