NGO KHANH Homestay

The location is excellent. Beautiful village in the south of the island, fisherman and little monkeys around the forest. Very green. The room was pleasant and clean, you wake up and have breakfast with the sea in front of you, i slept well there but what i liked the most was the staff and the owner. They make sea food every evening and it was very tasty. Very beautiful people! Thank you!

It was a welcoming experience, and a very nice way of enjoying the island's life and feel a little more local, while still enjoying comfortable amenities.

I was overall happy. Nothing to say here.

It was on Cham Island and fairly nice room

We had booked 2 weeks with the landlord and then couldn’t get to the island due to weather. We were in communication with the landlord and he knew we were going to be late so we agreed to us staying 7 days. After 2 days at 10:00 in the morning he told us we had to leave because our room was booked. He suggested we check down the street and that place could only put us up for 1 night. While I was discussing the situation with home 2 other travels came up and he told them he had no room for them even though they had reservations. We had to leave the small town in an hour as we had no where to stay. We went back to the main town and ran into 4 other people that he had done the same thing to. Your booking means nothing to him and I suspect there is a big chance you will get to his place you may have to turn around and go back to town.

Accueil du propriétaire et de son équipe était parfait; au petit soin pour nous faire plaisir et trouver toujours un moyen pour nous satisfaire. Je recommande vivement ainsi que le restaurant et son incroyable plateau fruits de mer. Le propriétaire se charge pour vous de réserver les billets pour le bateau et la réservation d'un scooter. Merciiiiiiiiiii

La gente es súper amable, como en casi todos los sitios donde hemos estado. El hombre que lo lleva habla inglés suficiente para entenderse. Puedes alquilar moto en el mismo homestay y la comida está muy buena. Los precios para ser una isla no están mal, y vas a comer cosas diferentes que en el resto de ciudades. Nos recomendaron una playita cerca del homestay qué es un paraíso para hacer snorkel, está un poco retirada porque tienes que ir por las rocas pero nosotros nos quedamos en las mismas rocas a hacer snorkel y fue increíble.

Cuando llegamos nos instalaron en una habitación más grande que la que habíamos reservado en la planta baja. No la recomiendo, no estaba del todo limpia, había una cucaracha en el baño cuando llegamos y a la noche apareció otra. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien y el ventilador no oscilaba, había mucho ruido por la noche de ranas que viven detrás de la habitación y la cama estaba durísima (más de lo normal en Vietnam). Al día siguiente nos cambiaron de habitación a la que habíamos reservado. Al parecer había una pareja que había decidido quedarse una noche más, por lo que nosotros fuimos reubicados hasta que se fueron. Está segunda habitación nada que ver, super limpia y cómoda. El baño perfecto no tuvimos problema. Nada que ver una habitación con la otra, asegúrense de dormir en el piso de arriba,.es mi consejo. La actividad de buceo no la recomiendo, no merece la pena es una inmersión para dummies, te llevan ellos aunque vayas con botella no puedes hacer nada te van desplazando ellos no llevas ni aletas solo vas mirando. Es entendible porque no saben inglés y no te piden carne ni si has hecho otras inmersiones antes así que no se la juegan, pero no dura nada y es cierto que ves algo más que en las rocas de la playa ya que es en otra isla pero a mí personalmente me habría gustado una inmersión real.

Comfortable room, amazing eats, good people! A quiet spot at the end of the island in a charming fishing village. Secluded beach. Literally paradise.

Сделали вид что у них овербукинг, поселили в каком то другом месте. В комнате не было чайника, посуды, моющих средств, мусорного ведра. Не работала горячая вода во всех номерах на 2 этаже. В один из дней пропала и холодная (но быстро починили). За эту цену пойдет, но я бы не стал там бронировать повторно However, they claimed to have an overbooking issue and moved us to a different place. The room lacked basic amenities such as a kettle, dishes, cleaning supplies, and even a trash bin. There was no hot water in any of the rooms on the second floor, and one day the cold water was also unavailable (though it was fixed quickly). For the price, it’s acceptable, but I wouldn’t choose to stay there again.
