Host was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Great location from the garden onto the lake. Room was clean and well equipped.

Wall between rooms and little thin but it is a converted house.

I can’t recommend Casa di Vania more. In my opinion, it doesn’t get much better than this. A beautiful, comfortable, and exceptionally clean place to stay, right next to a lake in a small and friendly town with AMAZING restaurants and sunset views. A peaceful garden in front of the house, where you can have an espresso and listen to the birds. And above all, Vania, the most sweet, kind, and welcoming host. She offered to pick me up and drop me off from the train station, and we had great conversation. Her love and care is felt through both her words and her care that she puts into hosting. It felt like being at home. I wished I could’ve stayed so much longer!!

"Great location, lovely host"

The room and the location were great. Convenient to park our car and easy to visit the little towns around the lake. Also Perugia was also close by. Breakfast was good, and Vania went above and beyond to accommodate us. We recommend the place to anyone wanting to stay around Lake Trasimeno!

Lovely position with beautiful views on the lake. Our room was spotless and roomy with everything you could need. Hostess Vania is very friendly, helpful and welcoming. Tasty breakfast.

very good house, very cozy room and living room, comfortable bed, very clean. I highly recommend this place. The owner Vania is also very nice and she helped me a lot with all kinds of information. I'm very satisfied with my stay there.
