Loved the design, tranquility and decore.

Shower hot water system doesn't heat water with full pressure, have to trickle the water out at half pressure for hot water, really a small problem, woke up with bad back pains, the beef is built on a pallet and mattress is firm, my back bends towards my stomach not outwards so it might just be me. My partner felt well rested.

I stayed in the Chalet; it rained a lot and I slept like a baby. The location is quiet (except some Karaoke in the distance, but hey, it's the local culture so I won't complain, just adapt). The food was very good.

Surrounding areas are very dark. Not a convenient or safe location at all. Tiny space. Loud music for a place that looks peaceful. Very fake and rude owner. Having traveled to 40+ countries, I loved all the many places I have stayed at. My very first negative review, but it's necessary to give an honest review.

Lovely host who was very accommodating. There was a typhoon during our stay which meant we couldn't travel and she let us stay an extra night. The food here is very tasty, especially the BBQ dinner we had. The room was cleaned daily. The location is not in the centre of town but it's great if you're after a more authentic experience

The owner is very personable and went out of her way to ensure that we had a pleasant stay.

It's a really cute looking place, lots of plants, interesting teepee shaped buildings. Where you have dinner is very aesthetically pleasing. The room has A/C

When I arrived I was told my room has been given to someone else because she had tried to phone me and I hadn't answered. So from missing one phone call I had nowhere to stay. She fixed it by giving the guests shed given my room to somewhere else to stay, but it was an awful start. In the morning I went out to explore Hue and she phoned me. To ask me for the key. It was before 8am, check out was at 12 and I had clearly left my belongings in the room. It made me feel like she didn't trust me, which was so strange as I had already paid the night before. There is loud music playing constantly, it begins before 7am and woke me up. The facilities are basic, the sink drains into a tube that was misaligned so I got water from the sink on my feet when I washed my hands. The curtains in the pod are covered in black mould. I had an asthma attack. The mattress.is thin and very soft. I woke with a dead arm. The location, it's so far from anywhere to eat that I had to have food here, which was fairly expensive for hue food and not that great. Grabs in hue are more expensive than other places I have been, so I think it would be better to stay nearer to the main part of the city. I thought it would be quieter, but the music and lack of any sound proofing in the pod made that a false economy. The tin roofed pod heats up to an insane temperature, so you would have to leave the AC running when you left which I see from some reviews she asks you not to. There was litter and cigarette butts in the courtyard.

Nice place, staff helpful. Room clean and comfortable with both AC and fan. Good food (you can ask for dinner and breakfast menu), but a little overpriced.

Host a little slow in the responses. Bike rental available but not worth it (expensive comparing to other places)
