"Good value for staying outside the Hue city walls"

Good location outside of the Hue ancient city walls. The food was really great the entire time - every coffee, bun bo hue, rice dish, pork, the chef/cook there was excellent. Coordination for additional tours and transport was also very easy to do. The fan worked well.

No hot water in the shower. No shampoo. Was hard to communicate - I relied a lot on Google Translate. The mom who worked there (presumably Vietnamese) had trouble reading the menu on-site, which was in Vietnamese, so you might have to rely a lot on the younger daughter and manager explaining this.
