Big and clean room. The staff is friendly. Good location, close to Hualien train station, 7.11, Familymart and many restaurants

The location was fantastic, the room was very spacious and super clean. The staff was very friendly and forthcoming.

Especially the common area was very dirty. It needs a desperate deep clean. Same for the room. The corners were dirty and the walls could use a fresh coat of paint.

The staff was kind that after we found out the bathroom in our room was very dirty, they sent someone to clean a bit.

Everything was ok except the cleanliness in the bathroom of the room. Was very dirty.

Toilet is smelly moulding and bad at second level, facing the staircase. The room is not properly wiped, lots of dust accumulation Not value for money given the condition of the toilet and room Toilet is very close to bed, Sofa and sofa table facing toilet... Makes no sense. .. Will not book this ever again.
