住宿地點不錯，在遠東百貨附近，走一段路就有很多吃的。

沒有電梯，車位是車庫型的，因為這次開的車子比較大台，在停車方面比較難。

全自助式，但服務人員回應很快，說明文件清楚易懂。有專用停車場，有冰熱開飲機很棒。附近吃食很多，很方便。

二樓紅綠燈還是會稍微透入，稍微影響睡眠。

位置接近花蓮大遠百，晚上逛街方便

地理位置優越，鄰近很多景點，開車5-10分鐘距離；老闆服務態度非常好又親切，非常推薦給大家。

The room was excellent; very comfortable and with all mod-cons. The location was OK. The communication with the charming and helpful owner was excellent once a WhatsApp connection had been made. My queries were answered promptly, although I'm not sure if they would have been if I had text messaged late at night.

I always worry about these hotels/hostels/B&Bs with no 24hr reception. I tend to avoid them, but had booked in and paid here because there was no initial indication on the Booking.com site that there was no 24hr reception. On arrival, as I had arranged at 4.00pm, I did meet a lady in the office who did not speak good English and initially I had some difficulty in establishing comms with the management to get the pass code to my room. It was OK after that. The problem is if your mobile is not working or you can't access the internet, or use WhatsApp (and some people are not familiar with it) you could end up on the street! It all worked out well in the end, but Booking.com should emphasise, in large letters, on the initial booking site if an establishment does not have a reception. It could seriously catch out some people who are not technically able to use the internet, or have no local SIM card in their phone, or are unfamiliar with WhatsApp, or maybe their phone batteries are dead. This is a Booking.com issue and no reflection on the hotel which, as I described above, was excellent. The road traffic was somewhat noisy, including sirens and the loud 'musical' dustcarts, which was a bit irritating
