Excelente localização , anfitrião bem simpático e atencioso! Chuveiro elétrico bom. Camas confortáveis. Ar-condicionado funcionando.

Área comum com possibilidade de fumar e o odor atingir outros quartos. Banheiro com sujeiras, cortinas rasgados e sujas, sem isolamento de vidro no banheiro ocasionando perda do ar frio.
