The bed was good, plenty of storage, the owners put on a good smile and are always friendly

I had a cockroach crawl over me when I was sleeping at night and absolutely startled me! I woke up to see it running away on my bed! When I checked the room I discovered the door had a big gap in it which is where it probably came into the room from, despite notifying the owner they could not care less about it. I had to make my own fix for it using the curtain bands. For this alone I could've complained to booking and got my entire money back because it is unacceptable to have roaches on your bed in a hotel but I didn't want to take the trouble of going through all that, had to sleep with the light on for 2 nights which was not comfortable. I asked for the room to be cleaned and I had to ask again for the trash to be taken out which it was not. They said that complimentary water is only provided on the 1st day of the stay which is ridiculous and makes no sense, no hotel works like this. At least from my room on 2 nights there was some loud party or nightclub playing music until 2am.

Good experience, hot water, AC working every time, clean rooms, good breakfast. The people who work there are very friendly, respectful and helpful. Excelente price and quality

The staff were very nice and helped answer any questions that I had about the island. The room was simple but spacious and comfortable. The shower had both hot and cold water. The wifi was good. Nice breakfast with several options
