Very clean, very well maintained, Caretaker was very good.Food was very tasty.

We had to pay extra than what was mentioned in booking.com. We also had to pay Rs 500 extra per day for room heater

The room and the food provided by caretaker Mr. Rajan

1. Its located in such a place that there is no good view. One only sees buildings. Though it is close to the lake one has to take a detour to avoid a dangerously steep path. 2. No Crockery - all stainless steel utensils and only small cups for tea-coffee, No electric kettle

"Good home stay"

Good place to stay. Clean room and washroom. Looks like a new property. Approx 2 km from Kodaikanal lake. Coakers walk Bryant park. 7d theater. Caretaker Mr Rajan is good. He cooks food and is all in one in the property. Homely food. Bfast and dinner available. Lawn is beautiful. Excellent place for groups to stay. Safe and clean

Price per night is a bit higher for a home stay.
