Kakiang Homestay

I absolutely do not recommend staying here. The owner of this place came to us one night around 10 PM while we were sitting on the balcony, talking and laughing, and told us that we were not allowed to have fun there. I have honestly never experienced anything like this in my life. After that, she kept bothering us throughout the night by sending uncomfortable messages and saying hurtful things. The next day, we decided to leave, even though we were supposed to stay for another two weeks. She also turned off the electricity for the whole building in the morning, so the AC wouldn’t work and we would be forced to leave earlier. The whole experience was extremely disappointing and uncomfortable. I would not recommend this place.

Le logement était absolument parfait. Les hôtes ont été attentifs à nos moindre demandes, questions, ils nous ont même donné des conseils sur l’île. Ils sont passé nettoyé la chambre tous les jours, sans qu’on le demande. Il est très bien placé, pas loin de quelques plages, à 10 minutes à peine en scooter du port, où se trouvent pas mal de boutiques et restaurants. Profitez de la possibilité d’excursion en mer avec eux, vous ne le regretterez pas. Ils ont été tellement chaleureux, le monsieur est venu nous chercher à notre arrivée, était attentif à notre départ, que tout était organisé au mieux pour nous. Je recommande vivement ce logement si vous souhaitez le calme. Nous avons déjà envie de revenir.

It was a lovely stay, the owner is really kind🤗 She offers scooter for rent at a great price, and also there is an option to get your laundry done. The room is very nice and clean, the AC works good.

There were ants in the bed, but this is still a tropical island, we’ve encountered worse things so no worries.🤣

It was a really lovely stay, the people who worked there were so kind and the small dog that stays there is the cutest dog I’ve seen on my trip so far. Location was perfect, easily accessible to get to everywhere with a motorbike.
