OK, super lokalizacja na Copacabana, wszędzie jest blisko. Dodatkowo świetny widok z okna.

Mieszkanie chyba już wymaga remontu, wszystko mocno wiekowe. Ciągły kontakt i prośby o podlewanie kwiatów od włascicielki jest raczej uciążliwe.

"Good location but really needs an upgrade"

The location is superb, only 2 minutes from the beach. The balcony view

The apartment's location was good, but it felt dated and had a musty smell with noticeable humidity. Being close to the beach with no air-conditioning doesnt help. The water pressure in the shower was low, and the temperature fluctuated between too hot and too cold without us touching / changing anything. There was no hot water in the kitchen sink, making it difficult to wash dishes. The host's visits to water plants felt a little intrusive, especially when she commented on leaving windows open and the toilet paper in the toilet. Additionally, the no-paper-in-the-toilet policy wasn’t clearly communicated before booking... we simply assumed these were "normal" toilets. Suzana doesn't speak English nor Spanish, making it a little complicated for us to communicate face to face so we may have missed this. Removing the sheets upon departure, we noticed the state of the mattress which we believe needs to be changed. With some updates and better communication, this could be a more comfortable stay.

The sea view from the apartment is incredible 😍 Best location in Copacabana. Very friendly security staff downstairs. The host Suzane was very friendly, polite and kind. I would recommend this place for couples and singles.
