You could not expect high comfort for a low rate. The location equals more a shared-airbnb apartment. The neighborhood is super nice

There were towels from the previous guest in my room and the closet, where I found towels but no clean bedsheets was smelly. And I needed to run the heater the whole night as it was super cold in the room. And it is kind of awkward to know and hear a person also living next room but never seeing anyone.

"A refund and I do not recommend for anyone else to stay ther"

Nothing, but the owner said he would give me a refund. The home smelled greatly like cat urine and since I have a medical issue I was unable to stay. I let him know and he said he would refund me since I did not stay there.

The house smell was very strong and full of cat urine. Even with the window open, it was not acceptable. this house is a health concern.
