The property was clean, there was easy parking, and it located right in the center of town.

There was a horrible smell in one of the rooms which made it impossible to sleep there. Some essential kitchen items were missing such as dish rack, good-condition iron board. The flat had not been ventilated before our arrival. Overall the flat needs a lot of TLC, e.g. the paint is peeling off the wall in the living room.
