A localização é excelente, próxima a praça principal e ao mesmo tempo com muita tranquilidade, sem barulho. A casa tem uma linda decoração. Bastante aconchegante com muitas arvores e cantos de pássaros na parte interna e nas imediações. A piscina é muito gostosa, relaxante. Embora não tenha café da manhã, há disponível cápsulas de café espresso além de área (e utensílios) para preparo do seu café da manhã. O proprietário é muito gentil, atencioso e é possível ter uma ótima conversa com ele. Super recomendo!

Precisa de algumas melhorias prediais no apartamento. A limpeza externa também precisa ser aprimorada, mas entendo que a época (de queda de folhas e chuva) pode prejudicar a limpeza das áreas arborizadas.
