Very clean house, excellent-equipped kitchen, spacious dining room with an open bar. Everything is put at the guests' disposal with full confidence. We felt like at home. Thank you very much Tina.

Quiet place near Leoben. Ideal if you are biking or traveling by car. Big comfy rooms, kitchen to cook.

Bring your own food : there is nothing around. But you can cook in the kitchen.

Excelent house with everything you need. We were the only guests on the floor. Tina was helping and guiding me to find all we needed.

the room was quiet and clean, bettwäsche was clean. breakfast was good, also the explanation, how everything was funktioning was good.

one guest was phoning on his bed with open door and very loud voice. I started singing a song on the toilet nearby, then he luckily closed his door.
