"地點便利，房間寬敞，不管是一般觀光或是參加鐵人活動都非常合適。"

地點鄰近鬧區，吃東西十分方便，要踩點台東市區景點也算便利。距離台東森林公園也不遠，作為參與鐵人三項活動的住宿也十分適合。遇到問題向管家反應，也很快地協助處理。雙人房也非常寬敞。

屋內主要燈源採間接照明，但因為房間的牆壁是紅漆，如果電燈全開的情況下，視覺上不是很舒服。
