Bardzo zadbane, klimatyczne i ciche miejsce do odpoczynku. Gospodarz bardzo dba o komfort gości i artystyczny/ malarski wygląd domu. Świetne, różnorodne oświetlenie w pokoju. Bardzo czysta i przemyślana w funkcjonalne detale łazienka. 15 minutowy spacer do Rynku nie jest problemem, po drodze liczne galerie sztuki.

Słuchawka prysznicowa miała wąski strumień wody.

Obiekt zlokalizowany w spokojnej okolicy. Bardzo miły gospodarz, Pan Jacek. Bardzo dobre śniadania przygotowywane i podawane przez gospodarza. Śniadania są przygotowane na godzinę którą zdeklarujemy dzień wcześniej.W ciągu dnia można zaparzyć kawę lub herbatę w jadalni. Do użytku są również sztućce i talerze. W okresie zimowym w pokoju jest ciepło, ale gdyby ktoś zmarzł na dworzec może dogrzać pokój klimatyzatorem. W łazience na wyposażeniu komplet ręczników i suszarka do włosów oraz grzejnik typu drabinka. Przy obiekcie dostępne jest miejsce parkingowe na zamkniętej posesji.
