Do not reserve a stay here! We couldn't check in the apartment because no one was there. Furthermore, the owner's phone was inaccessible. Even Booking was unable to contact the owner. We had lost nearly a half-day trying to solve the situation, cancel the apartment, and find another one. We were with children. This is not the way to run an apartment. It's terrible.

Everything absolutely great

Good location and spacious apartment. Nice view to mountains. Comfortable beds. Well equiped kitchen with salt, peper, sugar, flour etc. All was clean and good :)

Very narrow stairs to 2nd floor (hard to get baggage up). Sofa in living room smelled.

Very bad internet connection, the fireplace was nice , but for extra payment, and it wasnt even prepared....

Interesting furniture, looks old. Great location, on the side of a mountain.

The room was 16°C, when we checked in, it was cold. It would be nice if the heating was turned on in advance (we warned about the arrival time).

Great apartment. Very cozy, special decor. Wonderful view to the tallest mountains of Slovak Tatras. Not too far from Nový Smokovec. There is a train running every hour so car is not a must.

location, decor and staff were fantastic

A little sweet appartement, perfect for a romantic getaway, off the main road with a lovely view. Nice hosts. Definitely a good choice.
