"Poor service from staff"

Rooms are pathetic washrooms are dirty Reception staffs are also don’t know how to talk with guest we checkout within 2/3 hours people can’t able to sleep bed is also dirty no changes options they provide full waist of money

Property is ok but no maintenance pool is also dirty no managers available in that property
