The homely feeling which is offered by the host.

The old heater which was given become faulty and repair charges of 300 was charged from us. Secondly per day cost of 400 for operating heater was charged which I think was on higher side

Everything from pricing and comfort to locale n ease of access is stupendous here. Mohan Home stay is indeed a home away from home. Added to this big positive is the owner Mr. Ashwini Sharma himself; a thorough gentleman who is ready to help and offer valuable advice whenever you ask for it. Mohan Home stay tops the list of my entire Home stay experiences of life time. The property is hardly 250 steps away from Banikhet bus stand from where the roads lead to Chamba and Dalhousie. Good eateries and Chai Shop near by for the best experience in the cold weather.

There is nothing negative about this property.

"It was simply awesome...."

The stay was very comfortable and safe. The staff and staff head took utmost care of me. I was traveling alone. The vehicle services were provided at nominal price. Sight seeing was done with Mr Dinesh who owns the vehicle is recommended. No hush hush policy.

Suggestion.... One electric kettle and tea kit could be provided in the room.
