La disponibilité du patron de l auberge qui m a débrouillé des problèmes de transport pour arriver à Bukintikki et pour en partir. Vraiment très efficace. La disponibilité de l auberge jusqu à mon départ dans l après-midi.

Very spacious room and house. Astani and her staff are very friendly and went out of their way to help me get to Padang - thank you! The location is great so really good value for money. They also upgraded me to a room with a toilet which I appreciate.

Worth being aware the shower is cold and you use a bucket but that wasn't a problem for me as the weather was hot.

The owner is super welcoming and accessible through whtsapp. There is also a friendly staff waiting when you check in. Also this house is walkable to many restaurants so don’t worry if you get hungry 👍🏻

Bukittinggi is quite cold in the morning. However, when I arrived, I was informed that the water heater is not functioning. Also, the middle room only the toilet is allowed, no bathing. The toilets also smell in my opinion. Hopefully, the cleanliness quality can be improved further.

this is a homestay, no staff is here, but they do everything from far using whatsapp even if you book in last minute

Perfect stay in Bukkatinggi. Close to restaurants, markets and tourist sites. The owner is super nice and very helpful. He responds quickly to any question you have. I booked a budget room but he gave me an upgrade to a huge room with bathroom. The house is clean, cosy and comfortable.

Besides the fact that the facilities were impeccable, the room was clean, and the beds were comfy, the owner went above and beyond to help me. It started with a free room upgrade when I arrived. Sadly, I needed to go to the hospital for stomach issues, but the owner (coincidentally also a doctor) kept checking in on me every morning and night. Giving me recommendations for food and medicine and was willing to give every bit of help available. Till the point of getting medicine for me. Truly made me feel safe and welcomed. Great recommendation for if you're staying in bukittinggi and want to explore the surrounding area.

Really lovely host, upgraded room, super comfy beds, great location. I had the whole house to myself for a bit which was nice and the wifi worked well.

Constantly dropping tap in the bathroom, power outlet was difficult to access in the room (I had to move the bed) and needed to find a powerboard to have the fan and my phone plugged in simultaneously.. all quite easy things to fix :)

It is an old house converted into a guest house. It gives the warm feeling of being at home. As soon as we arrived, we felt so comfortable that we decided to extend our stay. The host Dr. Astani is very kind and considerate. She even helped us to arrange a trip to Lima Kaum to see the Pacu Jawi, a cattle race, and the Pagaruyung Palace. She’s also provided the information about our next destination, Padang. Thank you, Dr. Astani.

It’s not a complain, there is no stove or microwave oven in the house. But we understand. Besides there are so many places to get food near the house.
